Thinking the reason HPIA did not try downloading the latest softpaq was due having no HP Firmware Installer present on my device, I manually downloaded and installed and older SP105673, updating my dock unit to 1.0.9.0.(HPIA switches: /Operation:Analyze /Action:Extract /Category:All /selection:All) HPIA did not download SP112366, even though it is listed on my computer model's drivers page After connecting the dock to my laptop (HP Elitebook 850 G6, if it matters), I ran HPIA an see if it would update the dock's firmware.I did the below test, which turned out to be unsuccessfull.
